The abusive use of anabolic steroid or simply steroid has been associated with dozens of adverse side effects, effects which penetrate outside and inside our system. Liver cancer, heart attacks and elevated cancers, these are the serious and severe effects of over using steroid. In addition to these, people who inject steroids also run the risk of contracting or transmitting hepatitis or HIV. Some experience the so called “withdrawal symptoms when they stop using the drug, these withdrawal symptoms include mood swing, fatigue, restlessness, loss of appetite, insomnia, reduced sex drive and depression which later associated with suicide attempts.
